  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
